Morten is the Chef/Owner of Tangerine Catering. Morten has proven himself in the past decade of film catering to have created a standard of food preparation and service that is considered by industry professionals to be unparalleled. His background in fine dining, both in classical French cooking and in high end Italian food, has given him a distinct repertoire that is embellished by a deep love of Asian flavours.

Morten's childhood in Vancouver introduced him to the myriad of tastes that only the cosmopolitan environment of a vibrant Pacific Rim city could provide. These experiences supplement his professional talents and bring authentic recipes of Asian foods to the already burgeoning list of menus that we offer. Once again, the importance of cultural integrity is paramount. When we serve a dish, it tastes like it should.
